Shipping policy

Order and processing Times 

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. 
• Orders placed after 5pm EST will start processing the next business day.

Shipping methods

• USPS ground 
• Based on customers location

Shipping restrictions 

• Currently only shipping within the US
• No shipping to P.O. boxes 

Shipment tracking 

• You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once shipped 

Address Change 

• Double check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses that are provided by the customer. 
• If you need to change your address after completing an order, contact us immediately at adscoop2026@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request but there is no guarantee it will be able to be changed.
