Due to being a mystery scoop which involves random selection process, all sales are final. Once a scoop has been processed, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Items are selected at random. We cannot guarantee any specific colors, designs or type of items with each scoop. Buyer's remorse or dislike of mystery items is not a valid reason for refund.
Damaged or missing item
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or missing. Must report within 24 hours of delivery and must provide clear photos of the damaged item and shipping packaging to be eligible for resolution. Please contact us at adscoop2026@gmail.com. Once we receive the information we will notify you of resolution options.
